The Green Bay Packers finally made their big offseason free agent signing by bringing in safety Charlie Peprah, who was with the team from 2006-08 before spending last year with the Atlanta Falcons.
Peprah notched one tackle in two games for Atlanta in 2009. He was released by the Packers following training camp, last season.
In Green Bay, Peprah will join a mix at safety that includes Nick Collins, Atari Bigby, Derrick Martin and rookie Morgan Burnett.
Peprah was originally a fifth-round draft choice by the New York Giants. He joined the Packers the first time after being claimed off waivers prior to the 2006 season.

you never know where we’ll get injuries, so it helps to be super deep, right? Super bowl here we come!!!
How about faneca!!!!!! We still need to protect A-rod
How about a GD cornerback? I love Al Harris but if you think he will be back to 100% this year you’re nutz. He was like 89% before he got hurt.
They are counting on Pat Lee and Will Blackmon
Don’t forget Underwood, if healthy he could big a big contributer this year! The corner position really isnt as dire as what people think! If it weren’t for 4 injured at CB we may never have seen Bush on the field as much as we did. While it would be nice to see them add a little more depth I wouldn’t necessarily count those guys out. Even Bell with more playing time could surprise a few people. And Tramon can hold his own, he has continuously improved his game.
