That’s right. Even though Green Bay Packers defensive end Johnny Jolly was re-indicted for possessing 200 grams of codeine on Tuesday, he doesn’t care.
Why?
Because Jolly is the chosen one.
“Man I don’t worry about nothing,” Jolly said. “I’ve got God on my side. I can’t trust The Man, but as long as I’ve got God, I don’t have nothing to worry about.”
I wonder if Jolly was high on the sizzurp or lean or whatever the hell it’s called during this interview.
Seriously though, I’m glad God told Jolly that he’s got his back because the Packers don’t need him missing any time the rest of the season – Jolly, not God, although I imagine God could play a mean defensive end, too.
This is for you, Johnny Jolly. Don’t let The Man get you down!
