The Green Bay Packers had to hire a new receivers coach, since Jimmy Robinson left to take the same position with the Dallas Cowboys.
They announced the move on Friday and it’s a familiar face, although not someone you would expect.
Former Packers running back Edgar Bennett will take over for Robinson. Bennett coached the Packers running backs for last six seasons. For the previous four seasons, he served as director of player development.
The Dallas Cowboys have hired Green Bay Packers receivers coach Jimmy Robinson.
Robinson, who was with Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett when both were members of the New York Giants, will hold the same position with the Cowboys.
