If you’re a Seinfeld fan, then you are certainly familiar with Fusilli Jerry.
“It was a million to one shot, doc, million to one.”
Eric Heuser is a Seinfeld fan and he’s also a Green Bay Packers fan and that, in part, prompted him to create Rigatoni Rodgers. It’s the pasta version of Aaron Rodgers and I guess that would make Heuser the Cosmo Kramer of Packers fans.

Here’s the story.
It was a cold day in December. Some of my colleagues at work decided it would be a wonderful idea to have a Secret Santa gift exchange. I’m up for just about anything so I joined the fun. One of the theme days was handmade/homemade gifts.I’ve been a Seinfeld fanatic for as long as I can remember. My mother in law just shakes her head when we are watching TV and an episode of Seinfeld comes on. I think when I say the lines before the characters say the lines annoys her a bit. I digress. Not long before I joined the Secret Santa gift exchange, the Assman episode ran. As I’m sure you know, the episode included a creative use of dry pasta. More specifically fusilli Jerry. In thinking about what I could do for handmade/homemade, I was inspired by the Seinfeld episode and the interests of the person I was the Secret Santa for. This guy lives, breathes and bleeds green and gold.I put the idea together and in the course of an hour, two tubes of super glue, a curse word or two and puzzled looks from my kids; none other than Rigatoni Rodgers was born. Needless to say, Rigatoni Rodgers was an instant hit and blew away other’s attempts at handmade/homemade. I mean really, do you really think someone can compare a mediocre batch of Toll House cookies or a handmade ornament? I don’t think so.
