Well, we figured this was coming.
Receiver Greg Jennings, who got released by the Minnesota Vikings this past weekend, is sorry and would like to return to the Green Bay Packers.
That’s right, Jennings is trying to repair that bridge that he completely torched to the ground.

Now he can finally admit his ego was hurt, huh?
Two years ago, Jennings bolted for the Vikings in free agency. He left because the Packers didn’t want to pay him as much as the Vikings did. Jennings also demonstrated what a prima donna he was on his way out.
Then came various incidents that included disrespecting Aaron Rodgers, bashing the Packers organization and noting how much better Minnesota is than Green Bay, among other things.
But now Greg Jennings needs a job. He probably also realizes he isn’t very good without a top tier quarterback throwing him the ball. So Greg Jennings is sorry.
Unfortunately for Greg, we can all see right through his act and we’d be real surprised if the Packers were eager to forgive.
