Although nothing is definitive, it’s possible Green Bay Packers linebacker Desmond Bishop could miss the season, according to Rob Demovsky.
Bishop suffered a hamstring injury against San Diego on Thursday night and had to be carted off the field. A source told Demovsky the fear is Bishop could miss a good portion if not the entire season because of the injury.
Doctors are still running tests.
In Bishop’s absence, D.J. Smith would take over the starting spot. Smith played well when filling in for A.J. Hawk last season and while Bishop was out with a calf injury to open training camp.
