Aaron Rodgers has this all figured out.
Right down to how much longer he’ll be quarterbacking the Green Bay Packers.
Rodgers told the nugget baron Peter King he’s playing eight more years. And he said it with certainty.
That would make Rodgers 39 entering what would be his 18th season. He’d be 40 when it’s all over.
That would also mean he’d be getting one more contract with the Packers. His current deal expires after the 2019 season.
By comparison, Brett Favre played 20 NFL seasons. Of course, if Rodgers plays eight more years and plays all of them with the Packers, then his tenure in Green Bay would be longer than Favre’s by two years.
