When will these guys learn?
Green Bay Packers cornerback Damarious Randall was involved in a drug incident with a former Arizona State teammate over the weekend. Randall was driving a car that was stopped for not having visible plates.
Guess what the police found inside.
A strong oder of marijuana.
That led to the arrest of Houston Texans receiver Jaelen Strong, the aforementioned college teammate.
Strong admitted to having marijuana without a medical card. He gave police a cigar box with three marijuana cigarettes inside.
Strong was booked into Scottsdale jail and later released. Police say Randall and the other individual were released at the scene.
The good news is Randall wasn’t charged with anything.
Who wants to bet he’ll be getting a random drug test real soon, though?
The bad news is Randall demonstrated some poor judgment to put himself in that situation to begin with and he most certainly will be on the league’s radar now.
