The Green Bay Packers got a scare when right tackle Bryan Bulaga dropped out of practice with a knee injury on Thursday. While that’s not great news with Seattle coming to town, we at least know Bulaga didn’t tear his ACL again.
Bulaga missed all of the 2013 season after suffering a torn ACL in his left knee. This injury, to the same knee, is being called an MCL sprain.
Bulaga suffered the same injury in week 1 of the 2014 season. That time, he was sidelined for a week.
The severity of this sprain hasn’t yet been revealed. However, Bulaga has already been ruled out for Sunday, which means you can bet the Packers will be going with Don Barclay as their starting right tackle against the Seahawks.
Barclay has 18 career starts.
