It’s not yet known how long he’ll be out, but it’s a blow to a team that was already thin at outside linebacker. Perry started in place of Clay Matthews, who’s out three to four weeks with a broken thumb, on Sunday.
Perry turned in five tackles, a sack and a forced fumble. It was his second solid game in a row. Perry had two sacks against Detroit the previous week.
So now what?
The next guy up would be undrafted rookie Andy Mulumba. Mulumba has actually been playing fairly regularly as a backup and he has 10 tackles this season.
Rookie Nate Palmer is the only other outside linebacker on the roster. He’s played in just two games this season.
