Aaron Rodgers is not please

Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez was arrested on Wednesday. ESPN’s Jeremy Schaap has been all over that story.

As such, he’s probably burnt out. Son of Dick called Aaron Hernandez Aaron Rodgers on air yesterday. Whoops!

As you might expect, Rodgers was none too pleased. Our guy tweeted this.

Not funny, indeed.

Schaap owned up to the mistake later on.

Although he didn’t really apologize, did he?

Then again, this isn’t a cultural touchstone like The Juice in a white Bronco, is it? Did you know Ford discontinued that model? Seriously, go to your local dealer and try to buy a white Bronco.

Awww shyeet, another one’s gone and kilt somebody, sumbitch. Looks like we’re gonna get to see just how good ol’ B.J. “Brett Favre Jr.” Coleman is.

Hernandez is in some deep doo-doo……..I guess more than just Packers fans think of Rodgers when the name “Aaron” is used. One of the drawbacks of fame, I guess. I wouldn’t know from experience, obviously……..

This actually proves how big Rodgers is. He is so big that when someone says Aaron in the context of an NFL player, that player has a Pavlovian response to say Rodgers.
This mistake would not be re Christian Ponder if some other guy named Christian was indicted.

The Bronco was rad. Man, now I am going to spend the rest of my day thinking about how cool it would be to have one. People would be like, hey check out that chubby guy in the Bronco he’s fuck rad. Alas, No Bronco for JS

Schaap’s godfather is Jerry Kramer so I wouldn’t be surprised if he was a Packers fan. If so, it’s not surprising when he says “Aaron” his first reaction is to say “Rodgers”, especially when talking about the NFL.

It is effin hilarious because you KNOW some dumb ass Viking and Detroit fans were sitting on their couches and were like – “WOOOHOOO!!!! Aaron Rodgers just shot someone, man! We are going to the SUPER BOWL!!!!”
