Someone asked Green Bay Packers receiver Greg Jennings about the rest of the NFC North last week. When he commented on the Detroit Lions, Jennings had this to say.
“They’re a very talented team, but they have struggles on the field containing their composure, and definitely, the things we’ve heard of, them being in the media with off-the-field problems and off-the-field issues. Can they maintain their composure? Can they be a professional ball club for 16, 17, 18 solid weeks throughout the regular season?”
Of course, Jennings was referring to the Thanksgiving incident when that useless POS, Ndamukong Suh stomped Evan Dietrich-Smith and the Lions’ multiple arrests this offseason. And, he has a point, but some members of the Lions aren’t too happy about Jennings’ comments.
Linebacker Stephen Tulloch fired back.
Who is Greg Jennings to talk about the Lions? The guy should worry about his own team….
Yeah, maybe, but someone asked him a question about the Lions and he answered honestly. They’re talented, but they have a bunch of fuck-ups on their team. Maybe if the Lions stopped being a bunch of fuck-ups, then people wouldn’t have anything to talk about.
Right, Stephen Tulloch?
