As expected, Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers is No. 1 in ESPN’s Ron Jaworski‘s quarterback rankings. We knew this would be the case when Drew Brees was announced as No. 2 on Monday.
What does this mean? Well, it means Jaws really likes Rodgers and that’s about it.
Here are some of the things Jaws had to say while he was slobbering all over Rodgers.
“Very few quarterbacks in NFL history have had Rodgers’ exceptional combination of velocity and accuracy, elite arm strength and pin-point ball location.”
“There’s a larger, more significant issue that speaks to Rodgers’ greatness. He can beat the defense even when the defense wins, whether it’s blitz or a three-man pressure with eight in coverage.”
Who else was on the list? Who cares?
